Ireland Stapleton is proud to announce that attorney Lidiana Rios has been elected to serve as the Chair of the Board of Directors of Convivir Colorado.
The mission of Convivir Colorado is to empower immigrant, refugee, and first-generation youth by fostering leadership through the lens of their migrant experiences. The organization is committed to creating a world where every voice is valued, every dream is nurtured, and stronger, more inclusive communities are built across Colorado.
“Convivir Colorado offers an innovative approach to youth development, providing programs that enhance students’ growth beyond the classroom. Our focus includes leadership development, community and family engagement, and creative outlets to empower immigrant, refugee, and first-generation youth. As a Latina immigrant, I deeply resonate with the importance of a holistic approach to youth development. When you’re navigating the complexities of finding your place in the world, it’s essential to have the tools you need to thrive while remaining true to your authentic self. I’m honored to serve this incredible community and excited to share Convivir’s impactful programs and mission, which aim to empower youth and create a more inclusive, equitable future.”
