Biography

Katherine Struthers is an attorney in Ireland Stapleton’s business law and real estate practice groups. In her practice, she guides clients through a variety of business and real estate transactions, providing pragmatic, results-oriented advice across matters including corporate governance, contract negotiations, leasing, and land use and development projects.

Prior to joining Ireland Stapleton, Katherine clerked for Judge Elizabeth Starrs and Judge Jill Dorancy and worked as an attorney in Crested Butte, Colorado. In law school, she interned for the Environmental Defense Fund, served as a law clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Environment and Natural Resources Division, and clerked for Judge David Goldberg in the 2nd Judicial District. Before pursuing a career in law, Katherine worked as an operations support officer for the Defense Attaché Service in Washington D.C. and provided in-the-field support to U.S. Defense Attaché Offices in U.S. Embassies in West Africa.
