
Lidiana Rios is a complex commercial litigation and regulatory attorney who develops efficient, results driven legal strategies aligned with her clients’ business objectives. She represents companies and individuals in a broad range of business disputes, including governance and contract matters, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, and fraud. Lidiana handles all phases of dispute resolution, including trials, appeals, arbitrations, mediations, and regulatory proceedings.
In addition to her litigation practice, Lidiana advises investors, creditors, developers, intellectual property holders, and other license holders on regulatory compliance matters. She also has experience representing Spanish speaking business clients in these areas, allowing her to effectively support clients operating across language and cultural barriers.
Lidiana is well suited to handle international business disputes and cross border legal matters. Her experience includes corporate due diligence, legal drafting, investigations, and dispute resolution in collaboration with foreign law firms for transnational clients.
Before joining Ireland Stapleton, Lidiana served as a law clerk to former Colorado Supreme Court Justice Allison H. Eid, now a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. She also clerked in the Municipal Operations Department of the Denver City Attorney’s Office and interned with Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper’s Office of Sustainability.
