Aidan T. O’Neil is an associate at Ireland Stapleton. As an associate, his practice includes professional liability, commercial litigation, real estate and construction litigation, director & officer liability defense and ethics and legal advice.
Before becoming an associate, Aidan was a law clerk at the firm where he conducted legal research, drafted memorandum, observed litigation processes, assisted in motions practice and contributed to appellate briefing. While in law school at the University of Denver Sturm College
of Law, Aidan was an elected student representative of the law school Honor Board and was a board member of DU OUTLaws, the law school’s LGBTQIA+ affinity student organization. Aidan interned for Jefferson County District Courts under Judge Randall C. Arp and Judge Lily W. Oeffler, as well as for the Office of Legal Counsel for Governor Jared Polis.
Before law school and during his time as an undergraduate at the University of Texas at Austin, Aidan worked in the Texas House of Representatives, interned for a Congressional campaign and worked for a law firm specializing in class-action lawsuits. Outside the office, Aidan enjoys skiing, pilates, live music, traveling, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
