Ireland Stapleton is pleased to announce that Kobi A. Webb has been elevated to the role of Director of the Firm.

Since joining Ireland Stapleton, Kobi has distinguished herself as a trusted advisor and litigator in matters spanning utilities, property taxation, and regulatory compliance. She represents businesses and individuals—and serves as outside general counsel to rural electric cooperatives across Colorado.

In her practice, Kobi offers both proactive and reactive legal counsel. Drawing on her experience as former in-house counsel for a public company, she brings a business-oriented perspective to her clients’ challenges. Whether negotiating contracts or defending complex disputes, her work covers property tax reduction strategies, land disputes, contracts, special district issues, eminent domain, energy matters, real estate transactions, and more.

Before embarking on her legal career, Kobi served four years in the U.S. Air Force as a Nuclear Weapons Technician—an experience that underscores her discipline and dedication. She also provides pro bono services to the veteran community in Colorado.

“We are thrilled to welcome Kobi as a Director. She exemplifies the leadership, strategic thinking, and commitment to client service that define our Firm. We look forward to her continued contributions and growth in this new role,” said Managing Director Kelley B. Duke.

Please join us in congratulating Kobi on this well-deserved promotion. We look forward to all that she will continue to accomplish in her leadership role at Ireland Stapleton.
